Have you ever strayed from your smoke-free journey and wondered why?
CraveLess.Me is excited to announce a new feature that allows you to add comments to each cigarette logged. This personal touch aims to give you better insights into your smoking habits and triggers.
Whether it’s stress, social settings, or just breaking routine, now you can jot down exactly what led to that moment. This isn’t about guilt—it’s about awareness and understanding. Next time you review your progress, those comments will be there to remind you of the context, helping you identify patterns and plan better coping strategies.
Think of it as your personal smoking diary—right in the app where you need it most. Let’s turn those tough moments into learning experiences together!
🚭 Here’s why it’s useful:
- Reflect on moments of weakness to find patterns.
- Record the ‘whys’ behind each slip-up to tailor your quit plan.
- Gain better control by being honest with yourself.
With CraveLess.Me, every step—including the missteps—becomes a part of your success story. Let’s embrace the journey, comments and all!
🤷How to use it?
Enable/disable the feature:
If you ever want to turn off this feature, simply go to the Settings menu, and toggle the ‘Add comment to cigarette’ option.
Log a cigarette:
As you go about your day, continue to log each cigarette you smoke as usual.
Review your entries:
On the Smokes screen, tap any cigarette entry to see the comments you’ve added. This is where you can reflect on what was going on at that time.
We believe adding comments to each cigarette you log is a straightforward yet powerful way for you to reflect on what triggers your smoking. By understanding these moments, we hope this feature becomes a valuable tool in your journey to quit. It’s about taking a closer look at your habits and learning from them, making each step forward more informed and intentional.
We’re excited to see how this feature helps you on your path to becoming smoke-free. Remember, every comment you make is a step towards understanding yourself better and crafting a quitting journey that’s as unique as you are. Here’s to making progress, one comment at a time. Together, let’s turn insights into action and move closer to a smoke-free life.
